How can I track my order?

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Since every item is made specifically for each customer, production begins only after an order is placed. This process may take longer than traditional retail stores that keep inventory in stock.

How long does shipping take?

All Stonfolk products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Products & Sizing

Why does my product have a slight printing smell when it arrives?

Freshly printed garments may occasionally have a mild scent from the printing process. This is completely normal and usually disappears after the first wash.

Will the colors look exactly the same as shown?

We do our best to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the printing process.

What if I order the wrong size?

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. As all products are made on demand, we cannot guarantee changes once production begins.

Are your products true to size?

Most products fit true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend ordering one size larger.

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page includes a detailed size guide. We strongly recommend checking measurements before placing your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If production has not yet started, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to provide a suitable resolution.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please review size guides and product information carefully before placing your order.

Do you accept returns?

Because all Stonfolk products are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
