Our 30-Day Guarantee
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. Please contact us at support@stonfolk.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
What We Can Replace or Refund
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Wrong item received (wrong size, color, or design)
- Items lost in transit (if tracking shows non-delivery)
- Significant print quality issues (fading, cracking upon first wash)
What We Cannot Accept Returns For
Because each product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Items returned without prior approval from our team
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at support@stonfolk.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
EU Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods. As our products are printed on demand to your specifications, they are exempt from this right of withdrawal once production has begun.
