Shipping policy
At STONFOLK, every product is printed on demand just for you. Please allow time for both production and shipping.
Production Time
All orders require 2–5 business days for printing and quality checking before dispatch. This is not included in the shipping time below.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Spain: 5–10 business days (production + shipping)
- European Union: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 12–25 business days
These are estimates. Delays may occur during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or due to customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. STONFOLK has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@stonfolk.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Item Orders
Please note that orders containing
multiple items may be shipped separately
in individual packages. Each package
will have its own tracking number sent
to your email. This is completely normal
and all your items are on their way to you.
